If the report is coming directly from a credit reporting agency, or similar service, I would have little to no issue.If its something they are printing out or emailing me, how could I possibly know it is not fake?

In general, it is always good to look at the taxable value every year for your property while you still own it when the tax statement comes.If you feel you can support a lower taxable value with sold comparables that are like your property nearby, then it is worth your time to try to dispute the value.It is true there is a very short timeframe to schedule a time to go in and dispute the taxable value with your local property tax assessor usually and the deadline is printed on the annual tax statement.The reality is real estate does not always go up in value.To your success!

Ive absorbed tenants with a 1/2 Page lease which was basically printed on a cracker with spelling mistakes and signatures missing... was worth the turnover to get them out and insert my iron clad paperwork with a legitimate background check.

It's wasteful and at this point I think the only real beneficiaries are the dinosaur print publications.I already operate 3 LLCs for various partnerships based in other states.
