It's an organization that a cross between a 501C and a FBO(faith based organization).

I was advised people if you have 25 or $30,000 put it in a deal and learn from there but don't give it to a guru. 

I didn't have enough space in the Title:Novations where the investor uses a Limited Listing that puts them as the primary contact for scheduling showings, receiving/accepting offers and negotiating are brokering without a license.Novations where the investor actually hires a real estate broker to handle the aforementioned for the seller are not included. 

I have a 16 unit apartment complex (12 residential apartments atop 4 commercial storefronts) in Morgantown, which I purchased 6-8 months ago.

I don't have a single deal done yet. 

It's a 1500-1600 sq ft home on maybe half an acre of land.
