I cant imagine them selling it for $25k over market value and it actually appraising for that if that were the case.If you are still concerned you could hire a local appraiser to do a desktop review of the home.

What you want is sometimes called a desktop appraisal, but they tend to ignore your specific upgrades also. 

The phone "apps" can never be as powerful as a full blown web or desktop app.

I use Quickbooks desktop and use the Intuit Payment Network.  

I am going to try logging in from the web version instead of the app and see if i cant load the desktop version of the site to get these features

But something that's kind of an advanced rollodex and will bring organization to my real estate business.I'm looking for ease of use and integration with Gmail, and other more common apps like Evernote, etc.I don't have the time to learn Podio (I tried this for several months and could not figure it out nor do I have the time to)I just want something that's farely simple, and has some sort of integration across desktop and iPhone iOS etc.
