While your property management companies provide monthly statements, having a dedicated account will make it easier to track transactions, verify statements, and manage cash flow.

It’s definitely a big assist and it would be sad to see it go but it could only get better with a dedicated forum. 

Our policy prior to showing or exploring 5+ unit investments is to have a dedicated or strategic lending partner fully qualify buyers with a clear and concise overview anticipated costs and timelines. 

I know some software will do it for you but that is for more traditional lenders. ya the big lenders have a dedicated staff person for it.. 

Short version, most people who treat it like a side hustle fail because they don't have enough time to dedicate to it and trust others when they shouldn't.

Smoke alarms should be hardwired, interlocking and on a dedicated circuit.
