Eventually, they will follow the same fate.If you are dealing with FinTech. it is going to happen. 

Not a dumb question at all, but getting a $100K loan with no track record is difficult.

I'd talk to more contractors on how to solve the problem.

The deeper your market knowledge, the stronger your relationships with agents, contractors, and lenders, and the better your deals will get over time.

I have went down the path with 3 different banks and they all said the same thing.
