Would I achieve this if I transfer the property to an llc after buying it?

Since I will be refinancing with a DSCR loan, is there any benefit to transferring the title to my llc now that I’m moved out and not stuck with the FHA requirements? 

Please provide a forwarding address prior to moving out, and be sure to cancel/transfer any utilities out of your name by the move out date.

Our refusal to accept a recession is actually only making the pain much worse, and is the underpinning of a massive wealth transfer from the middle class to the rich.   

So the effect is a confiscation of private property and a transfer of the property for no cost from the landlord to the tenant.

But, a non-favorable catch is the requirement that Hometap becomes your financial power of attorney over the asset, in the event of default or a breach of contract where they can transfer the deed of your home, and or sell your property without your approval(cost, fees, time)Below is a situation I'm trying to evaluate.

Im pretty sure the ATI exemption will only apply if the property was previously assessed at the 6% ratio when the transfer occurred (i.e., when you bought it). 

NO title insurance  NO going through escrow or a lawyer all my deals myself and staff we did the closings and prepped all the necessary docs to transfer title.
