Anyways, here we go....There's obviously places that are in the middle of nowhere and no tourism flow to speak of (North Dakota comes to mind, no offense to any highly successful vacation rental investor there *crickets*) so those are not great places to start a vacation rental if there is not something nearby for people to go visit.

Crickets..................I thought so.

Crickets on that so far, too. 

After that, its been crickets. 

I asked for more information and now.. crickets.

-The positives.........crickets.............check back in a year and we'll see.

I reached out to about 10 wholesalers on Google and they all seemed to be jokers because I got crickets as responses.

I had 2 people with long term jobs submit applications both saying their buildings were recently sold and they'll be homeless if they can't find anything in a month or so. both said they've submitted many, many applications and heard crickets.
