Cooper who purchased the loan back in '09.

This morning I called my insurance agent, he was most cooperative, he called the local police to get a case number and said this is by now a famous incident!

Obviously, you'll need to prepare to work out the legal issues in court if the borrower defaults and refuses to cooperate. 

I emailed them last night to let them know that I received the letter and am going to address the issues right away to show them that I’m taking it seriously and I’m cooperating.

Is it required or desirable to include a 1031 cooperation clause or any other language regarding my intent to sell this property as part of a 1031 exchange?

*Edit: There may be a way to do this if the seller cooperates with you, I just haven't heard of it.

@Abigail Cooper For my area the section 8 waiting list has a 2 year wait right now.The person has to qualify based on income.The property has to qualify and be inspected.
