My wife quickly realized the power of Amazon/Prime, and now we get nearly EVERYTHING that way -- from toilet paper to dog food to light bulbs to soap to birthday presents and even some food.  

We have seen it recommended that walls & ceilings be washed with special soap and/or vinegar and lemon water to kill the odor.

Majority of homebuyers want that amenity in their kitchen, although hard surfaces(quartz, marble and soap stone) are making a comeback.My rule of thumb is you to use granite in homes that are $140k & over.

For my analysis that list does not comprise comparable properties... even if the room numbers are the same.

My recommendation number two is: SAVE.And my recommendation number three is: SAVE.And while you're taking all three actions, keep asking: what comprises a REAL "deal"?
