Rae, I would keep checking the sites including FSBO, FaceBkMarktplace, and driving neighborhoods. 

Hire an inspector /independent person to manage the job site for you, someone with your best interest at heart.

So in order to really compare apples to apples it is more complicated than just the commission portion of the transaction costs.
