I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

@KimIf your in Michigan, Michigan State University College of Law runs a landlord tenant clinic at no cost.

Has anyone here converted an existing medical/commercial space into a dental clinic?

I should have specified that they have provided a document from a licensed clinical social worker stating the animals are considered ESAs.
