What is the interest rate on the HELOC?

Assuming I also use the Airstream for lodging while traveling for personal reasons, would I just take a pro-rated amount of depreciation for the amount of use that is business vs. personal?

-interest rates AND prices are high right now, which have REALLY hurt cash flow.  

In 1972 the 30 year mortgage interest rate was 7%.

We bought the property at below market rate because the seller was motivated and needed to close quickly.

I did market analysis to find the right rental rate.

My properties average 4.9 star cleaning rating, which is hard to accomplish given how petty some guests can be.

We talked about an aggressive paydown at a rate of $5k for the next 6 months to make the deal sweeter for the next person, but renting it would be preferable to that I believe since I can get a higher return on smaller development projects at a burn rate like that. 

For lending, your rates are going to be higher than if you were to buy under personal name.

It’s quite appealing as a long term investment - even at today’s rates.
