this house I'm looking at has been going through chapter 13 procedures for the last 5 years (yeah these people dragging out the inevitable). 

There are many real estate investing websites out there and I have already joined the CFRI my local chapter of real estate investors.  

They have 6 chapters all across LA and strongly believe in the no sales guru pitch! 

She then lost that appeal and filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to prolong the process.

You will have learned to "trust but verify" and that sticking to your personal beliefs, core values and gut instincts will serve you best.Good luck on the next chapter.

I am really excited about embarking on this new chapter.
