It's crazy to me that someone would buy a property halfway across the country from a man who appears to have lied and contradicted himself over his entire real estate sales career. 

Construction i completely understand it runs in my family. money is not a issue for me is getting the proper knowledge in this field so I do not fail.

This campus hosts a large Magnolia home goods store, high end furniture store, cupcake bakery, coffee shop, gardening shop, live music concert venue, large grass area with toys and balls for kids to play with, an open plaza with eight food trucks, a small baseball field (that Babe Ruth once played on and families can now play on for fun), a restored historic chapel (the oldest chapel in Central Texas), and six boutique shops with men, women, and children's products.

Do you not want to go back into the same field you were in or are looking to do something different?

Any concession offer can ONLY be in the concession fields and cannot include an offer to pay agents.

Otherwise, you just doubled your learning curve as loan servicing and portfolio management is another field.

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.
