I see that real estate agents and brokers are too negative on sub to deals……investors looking for low interest rates and or low down payments are too positive on the same.As I stated the reality is somewhere in between, depending on individual circumstances.  

What i would recommend is joining a REA or other real estate meet-up group where you can connect with other likeminded individuals consistently and share knowledge.

As far as Lance Kawaoka's claim that the reason there wasn't much response to a post about checking on the quality of a large, well-known, super-markety sponsor is that members wouldn't want to declare that they are a high net worth individual just doesn't hold water.

If you are receiving 3-5 per week that’s not bad, considering the price is what most individuals look for when looking to rent.

Definitely "Company 1" is Morris Invest and "Individual 1" is Clayton Morris.

It's quite arduous attempting to sue an individual when you can't locate them and serve them.So if they have a good paying job, you can garnish wages or in the case of assets, you can put a lien on them and you'll get your money when they sell.

How much time / cash / other are each individual expected to contribute?
