STR is appealing to me because of the experience you can create for the guest and having a place for your family to stay when needed.

A loan-to-value (LTV) ratio around 70-80% with a straightforward approval process would be appealing.

These improvements not only enhanced the property's appeal but also attracted higher-quality tenants.

The rental and homebuyer demand is pretty stable so it appeals to a lot of investors.
