I think bitcoin may be a good store of value for people who live in countries where there are few alternatives.

Trying to figure out the proper, best, and alternative routes to making meaningful relationships and wondering what the most effective means is to developing leads that may come along in the probate process. 

Alternatively, there is a fairly limited supply of people needing laundromats, hence the reason you don't see them everywhere.  

Think of it as an alternative to paying down the loan with a lump sum to make it cash flow neutral.

Alternatively, you can use your home's wealth to pay down other expenses, thus improving your cash flow to handle your mortgage payments.

For you seasoned investors, does it make more sense to go to Home Depot and take advantage of their deals for appliances and such, or are there better alternatives for flooring, tiling, and appliances?
