The circuitry is not difficult to understand or follow.For any action you take in real  estate thee will be a reaction, that's part of the circuitry.

I honeslty can't tell you what they say or my reaction because we are in a person to person industry so you never know what will happen.  

I love it though Sue the Bastard   knew jerk reaction to a situation that just needs a little more negotiation's.I have personally stopped escrows in this exact situation money in everyone signed but not recorded or dispersed.. one call with my instructions to stop it is all it took... if the lawyer or closing attorney did not head that and went ahead and recorded then you have cause for action.but anyone who knows anything about the legal system knows court battles take years and a lot of money.. these guys will work it out...

Does everyone here use more than one agent, and if so how do you work with them without adverse reactions to not using one exclusively?

I am sure their first reaction was to drop the place die to what happened.

I used to get the same reaction from friends and family.

I suggested he report anything that he found disturbing to the police and his reaction was that he didn’t want the man below to know that he had filed the report.

There is a HUGE amount of thoughtful work put into the site from both the site creators and the community at large.If I had internet god powers, I would add a vote based ranking system to the BP forums like on Reddit, Quora and Slashdot, which would create an hierarchy of where replies to posts rank so that their was a more visible reaction from the BP community of the validity of responses.  

My immediate reaction is much aligned with the crowd, anywhere you buy a $20,000.00 home for cash, prepare yourself for a substantial amount of work.An alternate option you amy want to consider is working with a turnkey provider and purchasing something that is already operational, utilize someone else expertise to grow and jump start your investing.
