What about a state adjacent to FL?

My duplex is in a prime location on a side street in the middle of our village which is always a plus, is quite large, one side is a 3/1 and the side I’m living in is a 3/3 and it has 2 deeded parking spots in the adjacent parking lot.

However, the benefit to the Owner is they already own the lot as it's adjacent to their home.

One caveat is if you can get a REALLY cheap turnkey multifamily in an adjacent state it might be worth it.

In the 1990s you could have bought acres near the Calgary airport for 20-30k per acre.

Also noticed our adjacent neighbors just hired the contractor we hired to do their "yard" :)

The Tulum airport isn't in Tulum, it's in Felipe Carrillo Puerto, which isn't that much closer than Cancun International Airport.
