Does anyone really think that governments are going to send money or bail out (i) the stock market, (ii) tenants, (iii) millions of unemployed people, (iv) whole economic sectors (airlines, carmakers, oil companies..) indefinitely, over and over? 

We have just started our BRRRR journey with our first property on Clayton Street in North Baton Rouge off Plank road and Airline Hwy.

Krysti,    FYI, if you fly to Columbus Ohio or to Indianapolis Indiana on Southwest Airlines from LAX, you can save probably half in airfare as opposed to flying into Cincinnati.
