Interested in talking with someone with experience in Air BNB in the lakes region. 

It's all old cottages that can be really cute when redone, and the location is fantastic, right between the airport and a skip and hop to the river and downtown.You might also look into some more "boring" options, I've heard there's new suburbs happening behind the airport, and look out to the suburbs nearer to Micron, etc as well.AirDNA should give you plenty of good data as well.

I am 36, own a very successful Air BNB at a local ski hill, and am in the process of looking into the best way to get involved in my father's 54 unit rental property business. 

If you decide to build, you can just build on the pad and use the existing power and water ports for plug ins.

They rarely foreclose on a IRS lien.

I’m active duty Air Force with four properties.

Should I take out equity in the home towards a crash pad and/or doing some minor upgrades on the home OR should I save up to get into air BNB arbitrage to increase my money flow and put that towards fixing the home and eventually obtaining a crash pad.
