The small details of finish choices, landscaping & staging really tied everything together to bring a home on the market that really stood out.

They are still able to make **** happen, just by using the phone.Your post stood out to me for a few reasons, my suggestion is to master the phone because it is the only thing you'll ever need to learn to do. 

Nothing stood out as odd or concerning.  

Our single biggest challange at this moment is capital and evertything taskes so L O N G these days, the city, trusses, windows, etc.
