Christine Legadre - managing director of the IMF had a weird speech last year where she stated " i want to test your numerology skills on the magic number 7, most of you know that is quite a number" apparently its implied no one knew what she was talking about.

I know this rack needs to be fastened into the trusses or brackets tied to the trusses. 

Contractors and architects hmm and haw about exposed trusses and beams - they are faux trusses and beams just there for decoration.

Perhaps more importantly, the challenge forces me to practice my "elevator speech," selling my services in common situations to people I meet.

So the whole main floor has been renovated (new bath, kitchen, appliances, tore down and fixed sagging trusses, etc etc) and so now i have about 2200 left and i want to fix up the basement with mostly free materials, and paint the outside and fix the fence (minor things) so i am just wondering how far i should go with all these renovations?

he has you nibbling on the hook , all he has to do it get you to bite and reel you in , It sounds too canned of a speech not to be a scam
