The more passive you are in real estate, the more gets skimmed from you, even if you are making a nice profit.

I get the impression most mentors skim over these metrics, but I was looking for feedback from anyone who would care to share their experience.

This thing will be milked through the election in November, but it’s hype is about to fall off!

I’m sure that tenant will some how try to milk the system.

Just noticed Will's comment...I think when interest rates are already so low, that the cuts the Fed have made are intended a psychological warm glass of milk for the markets, but will have a negligable economic impact.
