Igor L. welcome....my family is also from the Ukraine...I was actually born here, I can still speak and understand russian.

I'd push back against sharing my passwords too, so I've actually pulled back from that and after a brief beta test stopped pushing forward on that aspect of the automation - I'm happy to be at the leading edge of tech, but not if it's raising more Red Flags than Vladimir Lenin during the Russian Revolution with my borrowers.

And since we still work full time job, I'm "Russian out of here" if you know what I mean!

@Alexandra Plummer To be quite honest with you I primarily focus on Single Family Homes in my market so my research as far as prevalence would only point towards single family homes.

This is highly dependent on how competent the loan officer is, the responsiveness of the legal tea, the speed of underwriting, and the Russian Roulette of appraisers.
