What they could have done better is referred me to a better PM, who actually does better work, they could have helped me in analyze the property better, they could have atleast helped me get a property which does not loose value over time but gains it(which they clearly lied to me about).

And on another note, I've seen a number of people refer to some lower-income areas where many of the subject properties are located as "ghettos" or "the hood," both of which are unnecessarily charged descriptions, especially when accompanied with other comments denigrating the character of the people who make their homes in these places.

You can do all the prequalifying from anywhere via credit check, call references, verify income etc.Make sure you have a handy person, ac person, plumber, etc etc that you can call when you need some work done. 

@Katharina BormannHi Katharina, you need to put something in writing to the tenant with a reference to the lease clause to officiate the lease violation, as @Nathan Gesner mentioned.

It blows quickbooks out of the water with ease of use and I can do the class tracking that the basic $20 a month quickbooks was lacking.There's a phone app also, I just added it to my phone, so I'm not sure how much I will use it yet other than for reference as opposed to opening the website for details.
