I'm getting a stackable washer/dryer for my unit and the laundry closet is quite small with a depth of 28 inches for the dryer.

Closet door that would fall out of the tracks when moved.There are many more issues in addition to ones mentioned above & they would not provide me any proof or evidence even after emails & letters.

The bathroom didn't yet exist (the old 1970's one was barely 5x7) & the closets in the bedrooms were just studded in (didn't have closets before???).

In regards to keeping extra supplies. one of the things she requested was a locked closet with extra supplies (clean linens, towels, etc) with a key for the maid so the tenants won't be able to access..she said this is important when you have quick turnovers and there's not always time to do laundry.

The 2nd BR is technically not a BR - as it doesn't have a closet.

Moved the HVAC to attic to free up room to move the linen closet from the bathroom to the hall. 

The upstairs bedroom appears to be more of a loft and a large downstairs room which could be a family room, large bedroom or workshop.What I would like to do is convert the bedroom to a more traditional bedrooms with doors and closets, possibly turning the the large downstairs bedroom into 2 bedrooms and adding a bathroom maybe in the loft bedroom area.What would these improvements cost?

I have a portable wood stand I set it on that stays on the job site.
