The County is holding what will be their second public meeting on the topic this Monday, from 5:30PM until 7:30PM at AB Tech (and online). 

About an about a week ago I  searched online to see if there were other real estate forms that might be interested and didn’t come up with any that seemed any better.If I see someone, there’s exceptionally hostile to others it makes me a little more hesitant to interact with them.

We have it set up where they can upload their proof on a regular basis right in their online tenant portal.

unfortunately this marketing specialist was NOT a specialist in marketing for real estate businesses, did not understand the unique requirements and characteristics of real estate, and hence implemented their “generic” on line marketing program.  

The real work is locating these properties and I've learned the best way to do this is to work in towns/areas that have online GIS systems that map; topography, wetlands, soils, etc. and assessors data available for download either from local sources or listsource.com.  

Networking through meetups and leveraging online communities like BiggerPockets can provide invaluable support and insights as you take your first steps.Good luck!
