I enjoy most sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.

I have to constantly deny urges to upgrade sports cars for the sake of wealth, but the 997T is very tempting.

Having a Realtor in the family definitely gives you a leg up.I'd recommend making a weekend sport of going to as many vacant properties as you can.
