@Sara Blouin no problem, I frequently have problems with the BP interface myself.I can't tell you how many times I type "@" and wait for a list of taggable people to pop up, and sometimes it never pops up, then I go back and try again, and sometimes a few names pop up, and sometimes a lot of names pop up.

The downfall is no interface purpose built for landlords. 

I use a mac for everything at this point so that is the interface that i am most familiar with.

Their integrated software dialer makes it easy once you get someone on the phone to take notes, make a call disposition or to set appointments right in the interface. 

No - this has to do with the TERRIBLE BP desktop/app interface.

I didn't like Buildium's interface as much so we've been rocking Rentec for years.

I know it's more powerful than that, but that's what I need, it's cost effective, and the fact that the interface is simple enough to easily do my messaging is what makes me like it.As I move into testing the direct booking waters, I'm slowly getting set up on OwnerRez.  

I find the interface to be easy to work with.

Also, the interface is very awkward, and seems to date back to the '80's in terms of design.  

Sounds like you are looking for a "generic" MLS interface.
