Hi,Can anybody recommend a great property inspector for small multifamily properties (2 - 4 units) in the Boise, ID area?

You might be faced with the possibility, after purchasing  the property, of having an inspector come out, either during precon or during, or even after, then noticing the power lines, and being like "Whoops! 

Inspectors are the most arrogant, in all of the cities a nightmare to work with.  2nd, how many have you done in Cleveland overall?

Couple days later the security deposit wasn't paid but the woman felt she deserved better and called the building inspector to complain that the apartment wasn't up to her living standards.

But the inspector already told you. 75% empty.

I used to run into trouble with inspectors when using an old garage slab for New living space.

A good handyman, contractor, cleaning team, and cleaning inspector, make a great Airbnb. - Amenities: not only for guests that stay, but for yourself!

If you are planning to go this route, please make sure you clear prefab plans with the state inspectors.

As for work completed, when I had a friend get caught doing work without a permit, he didn't have to pull everything out, but had to pull out pieces to allow inspector to verify work.
