Their "Selena" which is foreclosed by Arbor is in east houston near ship channel and definitely in "theHood", their "Sophia" is in Greenspoint aka "Guns-point" and you can't get food delivered there without a police escort.

Yes  buyers agents will make less , when you are hungry you will do what you need to to put food on the table .

But regardless of section 8 or not, I think there are a few things that cater to long-term tenants:1.

The events are being sponsored by Hospitable.com and a couple of their integration partners.Come along if you're in Orlando, Atlanta, Austin, or LA in October (shortly after BPCON).There'll be beer and food paid for by Hospitable and each event will be hosted at a local brewery.

It impacts the cost of everything...food, shelter, transportation, health, recreation, labor.

The tenants love her, she stays on top of maintenance, has implemented upgrades to improve the property and drive rent increases (much to my dismay, LOL), organizes fun themed events with catered food for tenants, manages evictions and oversees the building's Section 8 program.

Maybe they cater to the government and are used to just spending tax payers money with no responsibility. 

Because we have historically been booked solid and have catered to mostly nurses I know we’re a good fit for others I just didn’t know how where to find quality non medical guests for this unit .
