If it is wrong at the credit bureau then it is wrong no matter who you use.There is always an issue of databases having bad data.

And also, this company supposedly inflates the FICO so I would guess 691 might not be your real number.The Better Business Bureau has over 2,500 complaints logged against the company.Go have a look...and cancel the subscription!

You have to provide income verification, credit bureau (if not available, bank statement stating that your accounts are in good standings), downpayment verification.

If you cannot verify previous owner gave rent concession then a court battle might be tough to win and just a letter to credit bureau would be what I would do.

One word is usually better to tie things together, while it could be BRENNAN PROPERTIES LLC, dba "BRENNAN"How are contracts going to be printed up, filled in, you'll have a ton of paper work and signatures, you can shorten things with the DBA and LLC.I get a laugh out of very small companies with implications of being some mega structure, thanks for not going there like Brennan American Enterprises.... :)I suggest you keep it simple, say what it is, and make it easy to say and write!
