Just like 15 year vs 30 year mortgage,   The sad part is he refuses to admit why it works.I think it is because he is scared of my new SCAMS (tm) program.  

They employ 3rd-party people to handle your property and rarely have a second set of eyes checking for underlying problems.

Definitely would be ideal for where I am at right now, the hard part is actually finding a private money lender!

It would be worth paying a third party to go and check the work for you to confirm it's completed before sending the funds. 

The hardest part is finding the right people  to talk to i.e sellers, lenders, contractors, and not stopping until you find them the rest will fall into place because you have thw info in your head and a mentor(jerome) that will guide you when you get your deal rolling.

And the best part is they help you through the entire process of learning how to run the program with many tips for hosting an STR.

Otherwise, if you're assuming third party management, then maintenance is either baked into their fee or charged hourly like a vendor.
