It’s a definite waste of your time (and his), and dishonest of course.

AND the fact that so many conspired, and dishonestly I might add, to not care about the general good; and it is these same lenders that we have to pay back because of the mess they created, that really they are getting what they deserve.

Just as important, there are honest ways to operate and dishonest ways to operate.

A lot of wholesalers either don't understand or believe in what they are doing and they come off dishonest or scammers.

And everyone knows that this business is filled with a lot of dishonest people and horror stories from the novice investors.

It isn't the fault of the new person, but they will go without the help, because of one dishonest person.

Yes, they may delay the seller from getting rid of their property.The problem that people have with "wholesalers" or "real estate investors" has nothing to do with "wholesalers' and "real estate investors" and has everything to do with the individual doing dishonest things.  

Just another case of the honest paying for the dishonest folks. 

Most wholesalers will never come across someone being so dishonest and unethical.
