no...I use Investor Carrot because they are really nice people, helpful and their customer service is fantastic.As conceited as this may sound on my end, I feel like I have WAY outgrown  their SEO skills and knowledge, hence I deleted all the content on the site and did it all myself.I just use them for their hosting speed, and the blogs they populate my site with.All the leads I am getting is because I come up with my own SEO strategies.

I'd suggest going with a pre-built investor template site like those that Leadpropeller and Investor Carrot sell. 

For maximum effect, and the longest duration, my money would be on the power of Content Marketing using a powerful website like Investor Carrot.

If the price kept rising, it would seem like a dangling carrot that they could never achieve.There are a few other vehicles that try to get people to buy homes:Rent to own - typically favors the landlord as historically people don't complete the contract.Land Contract / Contract for Deed - favors the tenant as the tenant establishes ownership before its paid off.There are also lease options and possibly other avenues to explore.

If I had $1k and wanted seller leads, I'd do a canned website- investor carrot has a good one for $30/mo. 

BP Community,I'm looking to go my first SEO real estate website, and have done plenty of research on Investor Carrot, but came across another custom wordpress site called Real Estate Tomato.

@Antonio Coleman What sort of things do you don't get that you absolutely need from a site you build yourself that Investor Carrot or Lead Propeller doesn't give you?

Each time we meet a mark the elective carrot moves further :) Its the perfect way to keep up motivation.

Maybe some one will figure it out but it has been hanging like a carrot in front of me for over ten years now.
