If its just spec we usually take about 5 months.. production buys bang them out in  3 to 4 months but build quality is apples and oranges my product to theirs.

Looking to remodel my single story house not far from the original Apple campus, and I'm in contact with a ADU company.

It has .6 miles of riverfront, shoals, springs, creeks, waterfalls, multiple access roads, cabins, barns, docks,etc.

@Lawrence Barnes It's possible but there are too many unknowns for me to say for sure.

We have many local investors that really work hard to take care of their properties and there are also some OOS investors who take this approach, but as they say: a few rotten apples spoil the bushel.
