If I am selling an investment property located in PA and looking to buy another but in a different estate - can I use a PA buyers agent to represent me?

I would not enter into a PA without having a very good idea of what should be in that agreement. 

Tomorrow will be best to get track me down.You will simply file your Form 1040 and include Schedule E with the income/loss on the property and then both a CA and a PA return.

Hey BP:I recently signed a PA to purchase a package of properties from a bank, where they would be financing the deal.

Now I don't know much about real estate, but unless it is a PA thing, and I highly doubt it, that is the biggest pile of Bull I have ever heard. 

I have friends who got primary financing on a PA house even though they worked during the week in NJ and lived with a relative.
