Also, most condos in Tulum are aesthetically pleasing anyway so I wouldn't pay a huge premium for the aesthetics.The high speed Mayan Train is under construction and hasn't been canceled.

I usually adjust temperature right before a check in to make it comfortable for guest.Love the Honeywell 9000 color touchscreen thermostats.They also allow me to locking a temperature range so the guests can't set temperature to 60 in the summer.

In STR common markets like Gatlinburg this naturally adjusts itself as most homes are STRs so the entire market lifts to meet their cap rates, and they appraise on those cap rates in spirit, even if not technically.
