The price/crime ratio seems really good.I’m looking for a helper/apprentice job with a rehabber/flipper in Memphis.

The more I've learned the more I realize I missed out on some things and that has me looking for a good helper/idea person to help me keep more in taxes.Ideally I'd like the advisor to be in the central or eastern time zone. 

If your hiring a handyman and his helper you are not going to get that the same result. 

Even contractors I generally trust, often have turnover of "helpers", who can be problematic.

Renovation was completed mostly by myself with a few helpers, I hired out plumbing, electrical, vac, drywall, siding & roof.

I feel pretty confident with how the work turned out but would love to learn more about residential construction if anyone on here is a G.C. or knows one that needs a helper.

If you want to learn how to fix houses/buildings, then work with someone as a helper or work for a property manager.
