How much would a log home kit house run price per sf?  

I was just hoping to make sure I log everything correctly.

Could take 3-4 weeks just for that depending on the county and their back log.

As a result, we don't need help with management.It would be good to read a log of what are the numbers and types of activities that you are being forced to do in the role of an investor and and owner of multi-family.  

EXAMPLE: I just logged into my findcashbuyersnow account, and pulled up cash buyers in New York, NY.

@Jason Robles  Hey man,I had to jump in just because I'm doing almost the same thing in Milwaukee -- so you are not hearing from an as yet successful direct mail marketer.I'm mailing similar numbers, 500 absentee w/ equity, 500 owner occupied w/ equity, and also logging probates on my own and mailing those.

First, it doesn't seem to want to keep me logged in, for some unknown reason.

Once a week I log my miles in an Excel spreadsheet, which keeps a running tally per property.
