It definitely inspired me and my father to do something vastly different to better from that low point.Some other miscellaneous stuff: I am very technologically inclined.

I realize this is a topic that has come up and has been answered many times over the years, but I feel like it is worth asking again as technology is always changing/improving.

Mind you Mike & John, the macro factors contributing to this are - the future work (the rise of independent contractors)  - remote work culture- developing communication as well as work tool technologies. - Artist neighborhoods in BK getting pushed out almost all the way out to the borders of Long Island, and the next options become Jersey and Bronx but unfortunately Jersey still has cultural stigma for most arts culture and Bronx has been straddling.

If where you're investing doesn't have great jobs around technology companies you better get a good return because you're not going to be making a lot in appreciation.
