You can save $15000 by subscribing to Joe podcast where he gives you all this "info" for free just shut off the last 10 minutes to avoid the "pitch" that comes at the end.

2) "Subscribe" to the Cleveland forum so you get alerts every time there's a new post3) Add a keyword alert on the word "Cleveland' so you get an email every time someone mentions the word Cleveland on this site (50% of the time it's a post from @James Wise, Tom Ott, or @David Terbeek, which is fine - you'll learn a lot from them as well ;)Simply doing these 3 things will school you up quite a bit on the Cleveland real estate market.

He also recorded an 8hour webinar talking about estate planning, tax planning, etc that you can subscribe too for a very low price.I was also very reluctant to hire a CPA for this..they aren't cheap...the good ones that understand real estate investing tax laws...but they can save you more in taxes than their fees (which are deductible as well).
