I believe Ship hasn't been hit as hard as some of the Universities but I can tell you the growth has certainly slowed down.  

Right now, it seems very cost effective and profitable to do this using a pre-fabricated home... where the materials are cut in a factory, then shipped to the job site, and the home is stick-built on site.

I figure it's better for me to work with sales, taxes, legalities, paperwork, shipping, etc through a small t-shirt company before jumping into something I can't handle.I feel like working generally from home as an agent would give me more time to focus on my side businesses.

Most deals like this require you to only involve people you already know and have an existing social relation ship with.What slice of the deal do you expect to keep?  

The "deadly mold" ship sailed a long time ago.The real issue is the CAUSE of the stuff. 

Id be afraid of them doing poor craftsman ship, and or injuring themselves and in turn suing me.

Since I have his SSN, my second thought was to just get the judgement on him, then wait till after he ships off to boot camp and notify the people in charge once he's gone.

I did jump ship once and went to work for the competitor down the street. 

Also anyone who says they need money up front to prep paper work that's RED FLAG... title companies and attorneys for their reputable repeat lenders will do this work and get paid on the HUD prepping loan docs is super easy and not expensive for these folks its simply a DT or mortgage and Note and many times the lender has their own in house prepped docs they simply ship to the title company..  

@Yeshudas Nair, Hello, Namaste, what I did when I started to look for an area to "farm" for long term hold rental properties for my retirement portfolio 35 years ago, was to look at the weather maps on the ship.
