I think the inflation we're experiencing in this market is actually because of the anticipated growth of the industrial sector in Mobile with the new Airbus manufacturing plant, and consequently an expected growth in the residential and commercial demand on the Eastern shore of Mobile bay in combination with the national real estate trend to higher prices.
