No landlord is immune.I believe there is minimal discussion on the topic mainly because those that support cash for keys do it because they do not take a professional approach to the business, obviously no corporate landlord would ever do it, and they really have no good argument to support the practice simply a belief that it is less expensive and avoids damages.
