What's up everyone, I've browsed the forums but I haven't really seen any solid answers here.What I'd like to understand, is there a strategy (besides wholesaling) that I can use while having access to little to no cash (say the max available cash is $10k).I would just love to hear from someone with a specific game plan on how to go about doing this.

There seems to be less than when I initially started browsing for properties roughly 2 months ago.

There's lots of resources for getting wholesale leads if you read the sticky and browse the forums and articles.

I love the interface and the fact that I can tag by property name and then filter and search by property name.

I can log miles on my exercise bike, browse the internet, and listen to YouTube at a low volume.

From my perspective, YP does everything I want it to do and has an easy interface and a very nice calendar which shows you some useful data on it besides just that there is a booking and what platform it was on.  

I am actually browsing over the books in the BP library and picking up good ones to read over this weekend.
