Is there anyone in the Cincinnati area I could bounce questions off of?

I was quoted by a lawyer around $3,200 to pursue them in small claims court, but that’s also assuming I can figure out where they currently work (good chance they have bounced around jobs and would be hard to find) because they need to be “served” in person. 

I am excited to purchase my first rental and I am at the point where the only thing left to do is pull the trigger, but I have a few final questions I wanted to bounce of someone with experience.

I am a new San Diego investor looking to bounce a few ideas off a seasoned investor.

I have even considered it myself as well.If you're interested in meeting up sometime over coffee or a call I'd love to hear more about where you're at in your real estate journey and maybe bounce some idea's off each other.

If I really know the person and clearly understand they are a get rich, MLM chasing type who bounces to each fad and quits within a month, I say they shouldnt bother.

I used true people search and the email bounced back.  

If you work for a larger organization, you may be stuck specializing in one area like application screening or property inspections, but there may be opportunities to bounce around.

I also can't bounce too much as I have a wife and child to consider.One thought was to have a family member (sister in law) pull the mortgage with myself and her on the note/title.
