I am just under the NH border and regularly look in the Nashua Area.

I would say Roseville because I'm from Rocklin which borders to Roseville.

This is in a decent area, I used to live near there myself, on the border with Denver near 285/Wads.

I currently live in Watertown close to the Belmont border.

We spent $2,000 on a half duplex in a decent area about 20 min away from us and another we bought is a home on 5 acres with a lovely creek bordering the property.

Its actually borders up against a town that is low income and had a bad reputation in the past and I think that is why many people passed on it.

I could see getting an extra state or two license if you lived near a border, but how am I going to provide adequate support and market knowledge to a client looking to buy or sell in, say, NYC?

Today we have rental property on both sides of the border and look forward to years of investing and growing with our family.In September 2015 we welcomed our 3rd child into the family in 2.5 years.  

I don't have perfect credit, bordering on no credit at all since I pay a lot of things in cash, but I'm trying to fix all this.
