They just announced on the news this morning that another 1.5 million square foot distribution center was going to be built in our little town.

The location changes depending on attendance and it announced the day before usually, if not sooner.

From my research and discussions with them on two separate occasions (once when they first announced the lending program and again a month or so ago), they are very much for real.
